This artist is dedicated to bring joy to ill children by making these kaleidoscopes and giving them to children in hospitals.  He gives away hundred of these each year and the few he sells he does to pay for expenses of making scopes.  While the turned lathed wood scopes are painted in simple designs, the interior scope views are breathtaking.

While the kaleidoscope you may want is sold, they are generally crafted in limited editions and additional or similar pieces can be obtained.
